Canary mail price5/3/2023 ![]() The user is able to type his or her message into this response field, click send, and the job is done. Namely, once a notification banner is visible to the user, all it takes to automatically respond, (if necessary), is to click on the notification in order to have a reply field pop up. What makes Canary Mail notifications stand out, however, is the ability to respond automatically to the email, right from the aforementioned notification banner. Like most other services from competitors, Canary Mail notifications are standard when a new email message is received, and this apples to all types of devices, (standard meaning a typical banner is displayed and an associated sound is presented to alert the user). The third feature I would like to mention is Canary Mail’s notification system. So, for example, if an email is received or an email is deleted from a certain mailbox using an iMac, for instance, the very same change will be reflected on a user’s iPhone and/or iPad in real time, which is an incredibly nice feature. Specifically, for users of Apple devices such as iMacs, iPhones, and iPads, the individual is granted the ability of having his or her mailboxes automatically reflect each others’ contents in real-time as long as all of the aforementioned devices are connected to the internet. The second feature which I find very convenient and noteworthy is Canary Mail’s syncing capability. This shows that Canary Mail is very convenient and does not discriminate against individuals who might use email services that are not widely known, which I very much appreciate. The email providers which I have incorporated into Canary Mail range from Gmail to Outlook for business use to more obscure and not as well known providers such as Rediffmail and Yandex for personal use. For example, I have incorporated five email addresses, some of which are personal and some of which are for business, into Canary Mail. The first feature which I feel deserves mention is the ability to incorporate multiple email accounts, from multiple different email providers, into the same Canary Mail portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.Ĭanary Mail is loaded with many different features which I find appealing, the best of which I will mention in this review. It's suites my needs as a Founder managing multiple inboxes, has customizable UX/UI, and the price point is criminal. I understand this review is a bit limited in terms of the features of Canary and more about my experience with the company. Helen probably can't help you if you get punched in the mouth but she can help you set up, fix, and manage multiple inboxes all from one client that always stays in sync. Take it from me, it's painful.Įveryone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth, and everyone takes email clients for granted until they break, and then you're drowning in digital mail. You might be thinking "What could go wrong with an email client?" and my response to that would be: plenty. She, as I'm sure the rest of the Canary team, is very solutions-oriented and that lead to a good experience. I had a great experience with Helen, who helped me tackle what was not an easy email-related problem to figure out.
